活动背景

Background

工程建筑学研究中心（ANDRC）由好色tv （SEU）、东京科学大学（原东京工业大学）环境·社会理工学院建筑学系、华东建筑设计研究院有限公司（ECADI）于2017年11月联合创立，2024年9月新增中国建筑设计研究院集团胜景几何设计研究中心（Atelier Lixinggang）为合作成员。中心秉承“学术、技术、艺术”三位一体的发展理念，聚焦结构设计、建成环境、既有建筑保护与更新等领域的研究与实践。

为深化国际学术合作并推动乡村可持续发展，工程建筑学研究中心于2025年启动首届国际暑期设计工作营（SDS），以“环境与社会友好型的可持续营造”为主题，以浙江德清源文化有机农场德米特实践为样本，探索美丽乡村建设的创新路径。

The Archi-Neering Research Center (ANDRC) was established in November 2017 through a tripartite collaboration between the School of Architecture at Southeast University, the Department of Architecture at Institute of Science Tokyo’s School of Environment and Society (formerly known as the Tokyo Institute of Technology ), and the East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (ECADI). In a significant expansion of its partnership network, the center welcomed Atelier Li Xinggang from China Architecture Design & Research Group as a new collaborative partner in September 2024. Upholding the tripartite development philosophy of "academia, technology and art", the center focuses on research and practice in structural design, built environments, and the preservation and renewal of existing architecture. 

Centered on the theme of “Environmentally and Socially Friendly Sustainable Construction,” the program utilized the revitalization project of “The Origins Plan” Farm in Deqing, Zhejiang Province as its implementation site, exploring innovative approaches for advancing the Beautiful Countryside Initiative.

江南之源文化遗址公园

The Jiangnan Origins Cultural Heritage Park

江南之源文化遗址公园坐落于浙江省湖州市德清县阜溪街道龙胜片区，总占地约2.5平方公里，总建筑面积约85000平方米，计划总投资约23亿元，主要包含博物馆群、遗址公园、传统文化综合展示及相关商业、旅游接待、公共停车、市政景观等配套工程，旨在打造成为国内首个体验式博物馆群落。项目依据地理规划有社桥村、安全山、漾口村、小山漾、东山村等五个功能区,将呈现瓷之源、珍珠源、禅茶源、农耕源等四大德清源文化版块。

The Jiangnan Origins Cultural Heritage Park is located in the Longsheng area of Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Covering a total area of approximately 2.5 square kilometers with a floor space of around 85,000 square meters, the project has a planned total investment of about 2.3 billion yuan. The park primarily includes: museum clusters, heritage site park, comprehensive traditional culture exhibition spaces, supporting facilities. It aims to become China’s first experiential museum complex. The project is divided into five functional zones based on geographical planning: Sheqiao Village, Anquan Mountain, Yangkou Village, Xiaoshan Yang, and Dongshan Village. These areas will showcase four major cultural themes of Deqing's origins: The Origin of Porcelain, The Origin of Pearls, The Origin of Zen Tea Culture, The Origin of Farming.
